I hit a guy on a bicycle

i hit a guy on a bicycle last week. Well, actually he hit me. i think he might have been intoxicated. He tried to cross the street on his bike as i was driving down that same road. i swerved to miss him but he still ran into the back side of my car. His hand was quite broken, but he was conscious. The cop said it was his fault, so thankfully i won't get sued. Thankfully, as far as i could tell he was not mortally wounded.
