We bought a house!

I am going to attempt to chronicle the remodeling of our new home. Here is what i am working with:
- Built in 1910 this 3000 square foot home was converted in to 6 one bedroom apartments.
- I bought it as a foreclosure for $22,500.
- It currently has 5 residence but they will all be leaving by february.
- I plan to live in one unit, rent out 4, and turn one in to a common/game room.
