I love BB&T

I was pretty ticked to find a $35 late-payment fee on my credit card through BB&T yesterday. I had made a money transfer from my checking account but it hadn't registered with my credit card. I just went online to see $35 put back onto my credit card and labeled as "late fee reversal." They realized they made a mistake and they fixed it without me even having to call them. That means alot to me because a lot of banks don't reverse things unless you make them. I have been blessed by BB&T's generousity and understanding many times in the past year and a half i've been with them. Woo-hoo.
