I got all my training done last week and was able to have my own tables by Saturday. Its a decent job; i'm just glad to have one. Its nice to serve people and have social interaction. I also liked being able to just put on my headphones and dig ditches while jamming to Five Iron Frenzy and the like at my old job, but this i think think this better suits me. There are some great people working there and then there are some who just don't want to be happy. I can't really blame them much though, if i didn't know Jesus Christ as my savior then i'd be in a bad mood too. It really is a great opportunity to share my faith, we get to talk quite a bit. I'm also gonna have a regular customer. Its kind of a long story, but the end result is he said he's gonna request my to be his server when he comes back and he plans on eating there multiple times a week.
random note
I killed a squirrel with my recurve bow!!! how sweet is that? My one New Years resolution is complete.
