Free at last! Praise God Amighty i'm Free at last!

I just finished my Greek final. That means no more foreign languages!!! Foreign languages have been the bane of my existence since 8th grade French. I literally passed by only two points on my final exam in High school and i lived in Haiti for nearly 6 months and the only creole i know is "how are you" "okay" "excuse me" and a few other random words.
Now i move to summer stage of 2007. I gotta do a bit of cleaning before i leave on thursday cause i don't wanna leave my roommate with a disaster of a room. I am a bit bummed that i'm not gonna get to spend much time with my friends before heading out. I do, however, a lot to look forward to when i return.
The young adult ministry i've been involved in the past year and a half, Epicenter, is going through some changes. One of which is the placement of responsibilty and leadership onto me. Last sunday was our last Epicenter until we start it back in the Fall. There are alot of other activities, ministries, and awesome people involved in the future of Epicenter, but your gonna just have to wait and see what its gonna be.

Katie's mom won a contest and now she and 10 other people are getting a weekend trip to Charlotte for the Coca-Cola 600. Thats right, NASCAR. hmmm...yeah. I'm looking forward to spending time with her family this weekend and i guess i'm gonna just have to learn to like NASCAR. The coolest part about all this, however, is that we get to learn and train to be a pit crew. Then we'll compete against some other teams for $200,000!!! I'm not a very materialistic guy but an extra $10,000 would be nice. We also get box seats for the race and a bunch of other events and perks that should equal out to a nice weekend.

Then i'm headed directly from Charlotte to Camp Bob Cooper. Camp starts on Monday. i've got a big week ahead of me.
